EVENT OF THE GREEK ISRAELI CHAMBER

ISRAELI INTEREST IN THE GREEK MARKET OF REAL ESTATE

The event of September 13th which was jointly organized by our chamber and the corresponding chamber in Israel ( the Israel Greece Chamber of Commerce) , was held with great success at the Crown Plaza Hotel.

The topic of the event was the Israeli interest in real estate market  in general and,  in construction and building materials.

There was a big interest and response from the Greek public. A lot of people attended, both in the lectures and the  B2B meetings.

The event was honored by the presence of Mrs.Sawsan Hasson, Charge d’affairs of the Israeli Embassy in Athens,

Speakers of the event were :

Mr. Dimitris Dimitriou member of the Executive Board of the Athens Chamber of Commerce (EBEA) and member of the Technical Chamber of Greece who emphasized in his speech the reasons 'why it is now the right time to invest in real estate in Greece'

Mrs, Aspasia Maliou,on behalf of  Potamitis Vekris law firm,, who  spoke about «Property investment in Greece”and.

Mrs. Alkistis Hadhioannlidou, on behalf of Result Consulting ,  who analyzed  the subject of “Funding Opportunities in Greece.”

Mr. Cobi Bitton presented the Israeli delegation and their interest in collabotating with Greek companies

The previous day, September 12th, the Board of Directors of our Chamber held a dinner in honour of the Israeli delegates at the St. George Lycabettus Hotel.

Guests of honor were the Ministers Adonis Georgiades, Minister of Development and Investment and Mr. Constantinos  Frangogiannis Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs responsible for economic diplomacy and Mrs. Sawsan Hasson, Chargee d’ Affairs of the Israeli Embassy.
