Armis, an Israeli Startup, Online Security Provider, wiil be purchased by Insight Partners the International venture capital company, , at a price of EUR 1.1 billion $.

Armis provides a security platform that confronts new kinds of threats from the Interne of Things-smart devices such as printers, cameras and televisions-as well as smartphones and laptops.
The software developed by the company discovers such devices,analyzes them for hazard identification and isolates when necessary.
